Hi, I'm Effie Rorke, founder of This Land Consulting.

I help mission-driven organizations turn complex public challenges into durable public policy. My work spans nonprofits, government agencies, electoral campaigns, and grassroots organizing from State Capitols to Congress. I’ve led successful advocacy campaigns addressing food access, housing, environmental health, and more.

With expertise in public health, public policy, and public service, my approach to government relations is both principled and practical. I understand the complex systems socially-minded organizations are working to change, and what it takes to move them.
