Hi, I'm Effie Rorke, founder and principal at This Land Consulting. I believe in strong communities, healthy families, and working towards a society that works for everyone.  
 
I've worked for nonprofits and government agencies, on candidate campaigns and as a community organizer, in State Capitols and in Congress. I've led winning advocacy campaigns and supported initiatives addressing food deserts, veteran homelessness, air pollution and more. With expertise in public health, public policy, and public service, I'm familiar with the complex problems socially-minded organizations are trying to solve and the collaborative effort it takes to come up with strategic, people-centered solutions.
